2021 - 2023
Summary:
Singapore has been praised for handling the COVID-19 pandemic, but getting information about it has been difficult for the public and the Ministry of Health (MOH) staff. MOH requested our assistance in improving their website for both front and back-end users. Our goal was to improve the website's usability to enable it to provide updated and relevant information that would be useful in future health crises or campaigns. We aimed to create a user-friendly experience that allows users to quickly find and access information by optimising search capabilities.

Streamlining digital transformation for an industrial property marketplace.
2019 - 2022
Summary:
Over the course of one year, we conducted more than 70 interviews and several workshops involving multiple stakeholders. Our goal was to gather their input and feedback to improve and validate the end-to-end journey of searching for property space. This included the application, acceptance, and payment processes. We also investigated the use of digital signatures, CorpPass/SingPass, and registration and login micro-journeys to streamline the overall experience. As the project was nearing completion, we developed unique identities and site features for 10 estates, creating a cohesive look and feel.

Helping farmers and homeowners monitor their water usage.
2021 - 2022
Summary:
Blue Mountain Co has been in the business of helping people collect rainwater for years by providing the best roofing materials and rainwater harvesting systems. To further their mission, they have launched a mobile app aimed at their primary target audience of homeowners and small businesses. The app has four features that enable users to monitor and save their water usage. They are constantly iterating on these features and adding new ones. Additionally, I am assisting them in designing a web app version for agricultural businesses, specifically for water irrigation.

Ensuring seamless mobile order checkouts and incorporating a loyalty programme.
2020 - 2022
Summary:
We were tasked with transforming McDonald’s APMEA mobile ordering app to incorporate a loyalty programme for both in-store and online customers. We conducted a thorough analysis of the solutions provided by competitors to identify the best practices and ensure a seamless and intuitive user experience. Additionally, we assessed the existing app to determine areas for improvement that could be used to enhance its overall performance. During the pandemic, we were also tasked with enabling contactless pick-up in the restaurant for customers who placed an order through the mobile app.

Redesigning the digital experience of Singapore's outdoor garden attraction.
2020 - 2023
Summary:
We revamped Garden's by the Bay's website during the pandemic to refresh their online presence, attract local and overseas visits, and improve sales when the travel industry bounces back. We spoke to leaders from different departments to align on project goals and understand the business context. We asked them to review, provide feedback and choose the primary target audience and personas. Based on the voting, we explored the urgency and feasibility of implementation against the business value.

Unlocking the power of personalized,
tailor-made haircare products and formulas.
Summary:
Consumer demand for eco-friendly and ethically sourced products in Australia has been increasing lately. ONE LABS has taken notice of this trend and developed a personalised product formulation and subscription model in the haircare industry. As a part of the project, we were responsible for creating wireframes, user flows, quiz logic, and UI design. We also developed a design system on Figma to ensure consistency across the project. Additionally, we made sure that the design was developer-friendly for handoff.
